In the winter, fierce storms are common on lake superior. When the wind whips around the trees and waves crash on the rocky shores, it's easy to think of yourself as just a traveler in a landscape infinitely older and more powerful than yourself. This series attempts to capture the feeling of being a sojourner within the landscape.
